Christopher's Choice (photo & ingredients) Christopher's Choice is an old time favorite most resembling the traditional Toll House Cookie. Expect Christopher's Choice to be thick, with a soft and slightly chewy center. Each bite will have just the right amount of real semi-sweet chocolate chips leading the way to pure chocolate satisfaction. |

SoccerHockeys (photo & ingredients) SoccerHockeys are a favorite with my children's soccer and field hockey friends. Made with oatmeal and just a hint of cinnamon, this chocolate chip cookie has a wonderfully soft and very chewy center with the outside edges just crispy enough to enhance the flavor of whole grain goodness. |

Leslie Browns (photo & ingredients) Leslie Browns are a soft and gooey chocolate cookie with real semi-sweet chocolate chips. Placed on top of this already incredible creation are Andees chocolate mints. I would recommend this cookie only for the serious chocoholic. It is extremely rich and a must with a tall glass of milk. |

Julskis (photo & ingredients) My daughter Julia was the inspiration that has made this cookie the number one choice for peanut butter lovers. Neighbors flocked every summer to Julia's lemon aid stand for her homemade criss cross peanut butter cookies. Julskis are bursting with peanut butter, nestled in a soft chewy cookie with Reese's chocolate peanut butter cup chopped up inside the cookie. Also available the original way, Julia's way, plain and simple. Julia's preference... "simple things are best." The choice is yours. |

Comfys (photo & ingredients) Comfys are Oatmeal Raisin cookies that were given the name Comfys because my dad called them a comfort. I remember him trying to justify eating so many at one time by trying to convince me of how nutritious they were. Yes it is true, his oatmeal raisin cookies were filled with whole oats and lots of plump juicy raisins, but after he insisted on using only butter and throwing in another half cup for more comfort, they no longer qualified as "low fat" - sorry. |

Snickerdoodles (photo & ingredients) Snickerdoodles are light butter cookies, sprinkled with just enough cinnamon sugar to satisfy your taste for autumn. |

Scotch Shortbread (photo & ingredients) A very rich butter cookie, lightly sweetened and uniquely thick. Available plain or even better, try half plain and the other half dipped in dark chocolate. Incidentally, JulChris has its beginnings with this cookie, orginally inspired by my mom. |

Granny's Ginger Molasses (photo & ingredients) I stumbled upon this recipe a few years ago. It reminded me of my granny. This cookie will bring back memories of simpler times. With a few minor additions, I have made this ginger molasses cookie wonderfully moist and chewy with just a hint of spice. My recent addition of white chocolate drizzled on top has brought this taste of perfection to another level. Once a seasonal cookie, this highly addictive combination of ginger and white chocolate is now a year round top choice. |

Butterbrickle Tims (photo & ingredients) Chocolate English toffee and rich creamy butter is a combination you will keep coming back to. Baked crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, then dipped in dark chocolate, undeniably leads to added perfection and delicious satisfaction. Butterbrickle Tims will melt in your mouth. |

Chocolate Espresso Brownies (photo & ingredients) Just half of my brownie will take care of any chocoholic's craving. I promise you this will be the richest most satisfying chocolate delicacy you will have ever placed in your mouth. Chocolate espresso brownies have just the right amount of coffee to accentuate the taste of smooth, dark chocolate in every bite. For adults only. Be extravagant and indulge (with or without walnuts)! |

Patenglenns (photo & ingredients) Patricia and Glenn ate the entire batch in one evenings time spent together, hence the name. Patenglenns are a delicately lightly sweetened butter cookie flourishing with dried sweetened cranberries and white chocolate chips. The combination as it turns out is glorious, not to be overlooked but seriously considered when making your selection. It always takes some coaxing to have customers give this cookie a try, but once they take their first bite, they are hooked and the rest is history. |

Lemon Licous (photo & ingredients) My lemon and white chocolate cookie is amazing! Perfection was not easy to come by. Time and time again I had to go back to the lemon, butter and sugar to find the best balance. The addition of the white chocolate chips brings out the wonderful lemon flavor without the tartness. Fresh and fun is lemon licous. |
