JulChris Cookies originated out of the enjoyment and satisfaction I have in experimenting with my own ideas of what a cookie should taste and look like. Most of my cookie creations come from childhood memories of soft and chewy chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodles, ginger molasses, criss cross peanut butter and English toffee. One of my favorites is my mother's shortbread, a very delicious, very rich butter cookie, lightly sweetened and uniquely thick.
